Q1 : Can I only spend the day and what is the fee for that?

Absolutely, you can decide to stay for the day only. During regular week days, the entrance fee is set at $15.00 for adults and $10.00 for children under 11 years of age. This covers the use of our beach, pool and selected sporting facilities. You are charged separately for your meals and drinks. You may opt for a buffet at around $25.00. On week ends, holidays and during peak seasons of December and tjhe summer months, the entrance is set at $40.00 which includes the buffet. You may elect to be charged additionally and not eat from our buffet if you decide to consume "a la carte" for more selective meals such as lobster, crabs, frog legs and others.

 
Q2 : Are pets allowed on the property

Q3 : Is my reservation at the hotel guaranteed

Your reservation may be guaranteed with a credit card or cash deposit. Un-guaranteed reservations are subject to cancellation at any time.

 
Q4 : What water resources feed the hotel installations

Water is collected from underground wells which are set 150 feet below ground level. A sophisticated system of decalcification and water filtration is used to purify the water before it is distributed to the property plumbing installations. Although the water has been tested for high hygiene standards, we recommend to consume bottled water which is available at our restaurants and bars.

 
Q5 : Are there any cancellation or no-show policies

Yes. Guests who have confirmed  reservations with a credit card or cash deposit will be charged one night of stay (not including meals) unless the reservation is cancelled or modified at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time of their scheduled arrival date.

 
Q6 : Do you offer room service

In general, room service is not offered. However, in exceptional circumstances it may be authorized. A $10.00 surcharge applies per occurence.

 
Q7 : How can we visit the Museum Ogier Fombrun

Inquire at the reception desk. A $5.00/person fee applies for a guided tour of the colonial museum

 
Q8 : What are your check-in and check out times

Check-out is 1:00 PM  /  Check-in is 3:00 PM . Stays beyond 1:00 PM will be charged an extra-day unless authorized by the front desk.

 
Q9 : Do you pay additional fees to use the hotel sporting amenities

You are not charged to use the tennis, racquet ball, ping-pong, volley-ball, Aquaglider, or mini-golf facilities. Some fees apply to rent racquets or purchase tennis and racquet balls . Hourly fees apply to use the kayaks  and Windgliders.

 
Q10 : How far are you from the Port-au-Prince international airport

Moulin Sur Mer is one hour's drive north from l'Aéroport Toussaint Louverture. We are located at Km 77 on the National Road #1

 
Q11 : Are meals included in my package

Rooms are generally offered with a full 3-meal package. You may inquire for other arrangements such as no-meal plans, breakfast only or two meals per day. Some special room packages are offered only with meals.

Q13 : What if I loose my room key

A $20.00 fee will be charged to the room for lost keys

 
Q14 : Are drinks included with my stay

Drinks are charged separately and may be paid cash or posted to your room

 
Q15 : Do you have air-conditionning in all of your rooms

Yes, all or our rooms have air-conditioning.

 
Q16 : What source of electricity is provided at the hotel

Electricity is generated 24 hours a day by our electric plant. Our electric standard is 60 Hertz / 110-220 volts.
